We endeavour to ship your order within three working days as soon as we receive your payment. If for any reason we can not
send your order within three working days we will get in touch with you by telephone or e-mail.

All deliveries within New Zealand are posted as standard delivery by New Zealand Post. We have worldwide delivery.
International orders are sent as airmail by New Zealand Post. Depending on the size of the order the delivery fees
will be free or reduced. Shipment in New Zealand and Australia is free if the order exceeds $125.
Depending on the number of items, your order will be sent in an envelope or a parcel. At all times we send the gift box
as a parcel. You receive an e-mail from us confirming that the order has been shipped.
