We endeavour to ship your order within three working days as soon as we receive your payment. Depending on the weight and volume of your order it will be shipped in an envelope or parcel. The day of the shipping we will send an e-mail to inform you about this.
 

Delivery time

New Zealand Post handles all our deliveries. Within New Zealand the delivery time is two to four working days. For worldwide delivery the delivery time is four to ten working days, depending on the country of destination.

If you have not received your order in time, please contact us. With public holidays it can happen that the delivery time takes a few days longer. Simply colors can not give any guarantees for the delivery times.
